Residential lobby design for a 40 story luxury development in Midtown Manhattan. Being sensitive to the exiting building, we reused the natural limestone and built a color story around it. The space has a tonal palette of layered creams and whites with a high contrast black marble for the reception desk, floating within the space. The millwork is a combination of bleached teak planks and oak paneling with custom chandelier from Apparatus and custom console by KAS. This 40-story luxury building was originally designed by Hill West Architects and Costas Kondylis & Partners.
